1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Usage

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid balance will be returned to you once all verifications are complete. If closure occurs due to a terms violation, mposurga reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all withdrawals have been processed and no active bonuses remain before submitting your request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mposurga, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

You agree that any claim or legal action related to the platform must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the event giving rise to the claim, failing which the claim shall be permanently barred.
